NINETYNINE was founded in Erfurt in a cold dark winter night in January 2014. A long identification phase was not necessary, because the goal was clear right from the start... straight forward old school hardcore with agressive metal influences. In 2014 a 5-track demo called "DIY" was released and sold out within a few months. In 2016 they recorded their second EP called "II" which sold out immediately too.

In 2017, a 10 days tour with „SICK TIMES“ followed, as well as a short tour with the Dutch hardcore institution „NO TURNING BACK“. Overall, the band played dozens of shows and became a well known name in the german underground scene. At the end of 2017, Thomas their original singer left the band. A talented replacement was found quite quickly… Tritschi (ex-VEILSIDE) joined Ninetynine in January 2018. For 2019 are two tours already in the works.
